31 Nights of Halloween - Night 30

Hi Everyone, it's Faye here :)

Have you been enjoying the 31 Nights of Halloween Blog Celebration here at Whimsy Stamps? There have been some frightfully awesome creations haven't there? Mwah, ha, ha!

Talking of Trick or Treat, I have a little treat for you, but more of that later. First, let's have a little looksie at this cute witches cat. (The colour of this cat, is entirely based on a local cat that terrorizes me for food every time I open our front door!)

So, this is Flying Witch Cat by Dustin Pike. I absolutely LOVE this stamp. Of course he's been coloured with copics, along with the background. That's been done with my trusty old sponge and some Colourless Blender Various ink.

I've teamed Flying Cat Witch with a sentiment from the Candy Corn Dress Up Clear Stamp Set. This set is incredibly cute, as well as having some fab sentiments.

The stars are from the Array of Rainbows Die Set. Love this set because it's so versatile!

So, I mentioned a little treat for you earlier. We have a $15 Gift Certificate up for grabs. All you need to do is leave a comment telling us what actual name you would give this version of Flying Cat Witch? We call the cat this one is modeled on Kellogg (Kellogg comes to see me for breakfast every morning... Do you have this brand of cereal in The States?) You might want to call him Bob! Whatever, be sure to leave your comment below. Winners will be announced here on 31 October.

  1. such a lovely card and cat, the name is just perfect. I would name this cat Witchy.

  2. Too funny! We do have Kellogg cereals here! Love your cute card and the way you colored the kitty!
I'd call this guy Froot Loops after one of the popular Kellogg cereals!

  3. love the expression on this cat's face - yes we have kellogs cereal here - love it:)
I would call this cat 'Mischievous' - lol!

  4. Beautiful coloring! This looks like TONY the Tiger from Frosted Flakes but I would call her Tabitha~

  5. We do have Kelloggs brand breakfast cereal. Your card is cute and I think I'd call him Halloween Happy Cat. [Bunny]`

  6. Cute cat card and
    my wild cat, Grout,
    would be my cat witch.
    He's a big yellow tomcat.
    Carla from Utah

  7. I would call this cat Orange Sass! He looks like he is having a great time riding this broom! We have Kellogg cereal here but we don't buy that brand. We are more of a Cheerios or Grape Nuts family! Enjoyed the post and the fun Orange Sass cat! Cheers!

  8. I would call him Spunky. He looks like he has a lot of sass, so it is a great name for him.

  9. What a cute card! I would have to name this cat "Blast" because it looks like he is having a blast riding the broom. ;)

  10. Your cat is having a grand time flying across the beautiful sky you created!

I like the name Thomasina, after a favorite Disney movie from my childhood. :)

  11. So cuuuuuttte! I would call the kitty, Hazel. You know, "witch hazel"? The astringent? Hehe. Terri Burson

  12. He looks like a Jack to me. :-) Yes, we have Kellogg cereals. Which means 'Tony' has been taken. Adorable & fun card. Happy Halloween!!!!!

  13. Cute and colorful card. I would name him Rascal.

I know I'm late visiting today, so I can wish you a HAPPY Halloween and say thank you for the INSPIRATION from your BEWITCHING card :)
Your sentiment made me think of the old tv show, Bewitched, so I would call the cat Samantha.
