Hello Whimsy fans - Kimberly Wiener here!
Once again, I am so excited to be sharing in the 31 Nights of Halloween Celebration with Whimsy Stamps!
The Candle Creeps stamp set is so unique that I had to create a card right away and feature it
set against a spooky, starry, night sky.
The Slimline Postage Die was amazing as a window panel, adding so much interest.
To make this "Spooky Candelabra" card:
Prepare white card base of 4" x 5.75", an inner panel of yellow card stock measuring 3.6" x 5.25", and a black card stock layer of 3.75" x 5.35".
Cut a 2.5" x 3.75" piece of white card stock and blend with blue distress ink or glitter ink for the sky layer.
Color onto a small slip of white card stock blended colors of coral, and cut out with a circle punch or die. Stamp, color and fussy-cut the image from Candle Creeps.
Die-cut the Slimline Postage Die from black cardstock. Die-cut the cardstock a second so that there are only two openings in the panel.
Adhere black die-cut over sky panel. Layer yellow and black cardstock and adhere to the card base. Adhere image and stamp sentiment in black. Add stars using a white gel pen and the Star Galaxy Stencil.
