Very special friend

I have a shabby chic card to share today featuring the amazing Farmhouse Background Stamp and Fly By Stamp set along with the end Envelope Edger Die Set.

I stamped the background onto lightly patterned paper with Pumice Stone Distress Ink for the bottom layer of the card.  I love how this stamp totally changes up the paper!

Easter bunny - Bonnie

Hello Whimsy friends!

For my post today I have used the cute litte bunny - Bonnie (designed by Syliva Zet).

I was going to do one card, but this stamp is too cute to do just one, so I made three instead.
And the theme word for my cards today is "same, same but different".
Same stamp but different colors on the bunny and the paper.

I tried to match the hat on Bonnie with one of the papers on my card.

To color all the bunnies I used mini Distress Inks.

Ta daa! Three cards using the same stamp! I really hope you have enjoyed my post today.

I have used this stamp for all my cards:

Take care.

Valerie's Spring Rain

Hello! Today I show you the card I made with the beautiful Valerie's Spring Rain .
I colored with the Tombow dual brush on watercolor paper.
I love the sweetness of  Valerie's Spring Rain, as a base I used a patterned paper on which I glued a torn vellum and a lace ribbon; finally I inserted and chipboard hearts and flowers and my card is ready!

The digital stamps are versatile, because you can resize and adapt to any project, shapes and sizes! To see all the other beautiful digi visit the Whimsy Stamps shop!

Quick and Easy Paper Door Birthday Cards - Stinkerbell Kit

Here are a couple of quick and easy birthday cards using the Paper Door Stinkerbell card kit.  Except where is Stinkerbell?!  Stay tuned she'll be back in a couple of days to say good-bye because March 25th is the last day this Paper Door kit will be available!

All the supplies to make this card are included in this months Paper Door Kit.  The exclusive Fireworks stencil, the Stinkerbell sentiment, the beautiful gold, black and white cardstocks, the shimmery gold Delicata ink.  Everything you need (except black ink and adhesive) are included in the kit.

Same goes for this card everything (except the label die) can be found in the Paper Door Stinkerbell box.  The centers of the fireworks is the gold glitter tape adhered to some scrap paper and punched out with a couple of different hole punches.  The largest one is a standard hole punch and the smaller ones are punched out with a Cropadile.

Hope you have fun with your Paper Door box and if you haven't gotten yours yet you only have a couple more days until it's gone!

Thanks for stopping by...see you soon,

Pink Lilies

Hello everyone,
Today I have another floral card for you. Lilies are one of my favorite flowers and when I saw the gorgeous Flower Lily stamp by Doveart I was thrilled.

I stamped the lily on some Arches coldpressed watercolour paper, which is my favorite when I use watercolours. I used a very light ink to stamp my image so as to get a no line colouring effect. I painted the lily with my Daniel Smith water colours and then trimmed the panel using a stiched rectangle die and matted it on a pretty pattern paper. The card does not need anything else and I hope you liked the post. You can find all the wonderful stamps at www.whimsystamps.com
See you soon
