Today's post is special and tinged with sadness and admiration!
Our lovely Crissy Armstrong has drawn the most beautiful image to honour her brother Ray who is undergoing treatment for cancer - she has called this little fella
The thoughts and prayers of the Whimsy family are with Crissy, Ray and their family - cancer is *insert rude word* cruel and heartbreaking!

To make my card I printed
onto watercolour card and masked him with masking sheet.
The background is created by blending Distress Oxides in Wilted Violet and Blueprint Sketch and flicked them water and Perfect Pearls to give some texture.
The image is die cut with the largest
I coloured
with Polychromos, adding a few white dots to the chemo bag.
I die cut a tag and stamped the a sentiment from from the
onto it. (I really like that sentiment and thought it was perfect for this card)!
The image is layered onto a larger circle, with an added the tag. Finally I and painted Penguin Ray's beak with some Glossy Accents.
