Gnome Me So Well

Hi Everyone, it's Faye here today :)

I have a serious girl crush on gnomes and there are certainly plenty to choose from in the Whimsy Stamps Store at the moment! I've decided to play with the Gnome Me So Well Stamp Set by Dustin Pike. Swoon!

I've coloured this guy a couple of time already, so this time, I challenged myself to use colours outside of my normal comfort zone. I've used the following Copics...

Skin; YR30, E50, E51, BV20
Beard/ Blue; FB2, B26, B37, B39
Yellow; YR31, Y15, Y17
Silver; N0, N1, N3
Brown; E23, E57, E59
Green; YG01, YG03, YG63

I wasn't very happy with the way the trousers turned out, so I added a plaid pattern with a black multiliner and white gel pen to disguise the bits I didn't like ;)

I doodled a border around the image and sentiment, but if you're not confident enough to do that, Whimsy has a solution. Check out the FaDoodles Stamp Sets. I love to finish off a card with a few well placed enamel dots, so that's what I did!
