Rockin' Birthday Wishes

Hello!  Today I am here to share a card I whipped up for my cousin's birthday.  She is a "rocker chick" and plays guitar so I knew this "Star" by KennyK would be perfect for her!  I was at my dear friend's house when I made this card so I'm not on top of my game as far as knowing which papers these are.  But I did use the Music Notes background stamp on the red cardstock.  I Flower Softed her boot tops, glossy accented her guitar and eyes and tattered and blinged it out!  The sentiment is from the Postmark collection.  Hope you like it!
