31 Nights of Halloween - Night 19

A haunting we will go, a haunting we will go, hi ho the merry-o, a haunting we will go!

Is everyone having fun and enjoying all the 31 Nights of Halloween festivities?! It looks like these monsters are on their way to party with us!

This Monster Parade of characters just cracks me up and this die set is definitely on my all-time favs list for sure. There's one other creature (a wolf) in the Monster Parade die set that isn't seen on this card but all the other monsters are accounted for and ready to go a-haunting :)!

To start off I used the Slimline Pillows die and cut that out from white card stock. I also cut a white rectangle slightly smaller than the die frame and sponged green and purple ink on to it.

When sponging on the distress inks (twisted citron, and wilted violet), I wasn't careful at all because I wanted some green and some purple to show in each of the openings.

I die cut all of the Monster Parade characters (except for the wolf), from black card stock, and put lime green cardstock behind all of their eye and mouth openings.

I stamped the Spirited Sentiments with black ink, and just used my scissors to cut the V on the end.

Once I had all of my pieces completed I assembled everything onto a black slimline card base and arranged the monsters the way I wanted them.

The Monster Parade die set is so much fun and goes perfectly with the Slimline Pillows die, but it can work on it's own, or with any number of other Whimsy Stamps products too.

Happy Hauntings my little monsters - Mwaaahaaahaha!

Be sure to check back every night this month at 6pm ET for more 31 Nights of Halloween FUN!
