Janine Quinn has used colour pencils on Neenah Desert Storm cardstock to create this enchanting card. The soft finish is so dreamy and the shading on the stars and frame just finish this sweet creation beautifully. Little touches of sparkle bring the scene to life.

Michelle Oatman's creation is so lovely with the soft colouring and lovely embellishments. The added little details like the puffy finish on the cloud, the sparkle on the stars and glitter on the wings, just bring this sweet scene to life. The beautiful Woodchip Element she used can be found right here at Whimsy too.

This super cute image is called

Janine used colour pencils on Neenah Desert Storm cardstock to create this gorgeous scene. She has printed one of the images as it comes and flipped the other image so it faces towards the first. A very cool trick to be able to do with digital images. Did you know you can also do this trick with rubber? Check out the rubber block link below in the thumbnails which will lead you to a video of this technique. Such a gorgeous creation for twin boys. Little touches of sparkle add that extra little bit of interest and bling.

We are excited to bring you more inspiration from the Digital Divas in a few days. In the meantime, go check out this delish range of stamps now available in rubber and digital at Whimsy Stamps. Just click on the images below or on the title above to be taken through to the store. See you again really soon, I wish you a day filled with wonder and whimsy xoxo

Penguin Fishing

Hi there, it's Janine here

Today I'm sharing some July Whimsy Stamps inspiration with you. So for this month's card I've used a beautifully drawn digital stamp called 'Penguin Fishing' by Crissy Armstrong. This fabulous stamp is part of this month's new release and is available from the digital section.

The digital image was resized and printed directly onto colouring cardstock, then coloured with Copic pens. The sky was created using blue ink and a cloud template.
.
An oval aperture was cut into the centre of a card blank and a piece of blue card, then a die cut scalloped oval frame was glued over the top.

The coloured topper was attached to the inside of the card blank using foam pads, then the back of card blank was glued shut. To allow the card to stand upright I attached a card stand on the back.

Don't forget to check out my fellow teamies tomorrow, and I'll see you next month.
