31 Nights of Halloween - Night 4 - Special Guest Michele Kovack

I am so excited to be a part of the 31 Nights of Halloween Blog Celebration with Whimsy Stamps!
I love Halloween!
AND
I LOVE Whimsy Stamps!
Let me just say though that I am not into the scary, spooky Halloween.....nope. This girl likes cute.  Cute pumpkins, adorable witches, and an occasional sweet Penguin?
I used Whimsy Stamp's Penguin Pumpkin Patch stamp.  I colored it using Copic markers.

I fussy cut the image out.  I used my Silhouette to cut the candy wrappers.  I love giving my co-teachers a little treat now and then! I adhered the penguin image right to the front of the candy wrapper, and added polka dot ribbon.

My next project uses the Penguin Trick or Treaters stamp set.  Their little faces just make me smile! I again colored the image with Copic markers.  I masked the penguins and added Tim Holtz Distress ink to the background.  I spritzed it with a bit of water and blotted it dry.

I wanted a bold title, so I used alphabet dies to spell out Trick or Treat. Whimsy has a new chunky alphabet set you could use called Bold ABC. I added glossy accents and sprinkled the letters with glitter.  I used a clear Wink of Stella glitter pen to make the pumpkin sparkly! (A girl can NEVER ever have enough sparkle!)
I added a few rhinestones to balance the card and called it finished!

Here are some of the supplies I used!
Thank you so much for stopping by and be sure to stop by the Whimsy blog every night this month for spooktacular Halloween fun!!
