2 Christmas Tales at the North Pole----Crissy Armstrong

Hello everyone! Cindy here today to share a card with you from Crissy Armstrong. I think these two are so darn cute!
 
I used the new stamp called "2 Christmas Tales at the North Pole"
 
 
 
 
I used my Copics to color it and added some Snow-Tex.  I did add some Stickles to the snow but it isn't showing in the picture. I used the "Large Merry word die" and heat embossed it.  I can't believe how quickly Christmas is approaching!!

Gifts for Grandma

 Squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Look at that nose! If ever I saw a nose that just needed to be glittered and shinyfied, it has to be this one. Look at that adorable little face. Don't you just want to scrunge him? OMG. This is Reindeer Magic, by Krista Heij-Barber, from the October Releases, which are in Store now. You've seen them, right?

Snow Hugs

Good morning Whimsy fans.  It's my turn (Shelby) to bring you a little bit of inspiration today.  I hope you were able to check out the fabulous new release.  If not, you can see all of the brand spankin' new products in the Whimsy Store under the new products tag

One of my fav new stamps (well all of them are my favs!) is Santa Stop Here from Krista Heij-Barber.  How cute are those darn penguins?
I colored the stamp with primarily Copics but tossed in some Chameleon for good measure.  The snow was created using UTEE...easy peasy for snow effects.

A little Christmas Tail.....

Good Tuesday Morning Whimsy Stamps fans! 
and how are you all today? Its a beautiful chilly autumnal
day over here in Cornwall! 

The card i have to share with you lovely peeps
 today is from the October release and its called 
2 Tails @ the North Pole, its from artist and illustrator 
Crissy Armstrong Collection.

I coloured these cute little guys with Copics and i used some facecloth
and blender on the little bunny's hand muff. I had to add
some glitter thats a given. I had a go at an Igloo too.. there was this brilliant
Brick Wall background stamp released this month too, 
so I used a circular die drew a semicircle then masked 
off the semicircle and used the Brick wall stamp to create my Igloo. 
  so without further ado .....

Woodland Christmas Tree

Happy Monday Whimsy Fans! Ellie her today, my turn to share something with you!
This card was made for our recent release last week.


The tree was stamped onto Bristol Vellum cardstock, colored with Faber Castell Polychromos pencils and then fussy cut. Please note, there are also some swirls around the tree, but I cut them off here, so it would fit my design. 
The sentiment was stamped onto a circle diecut, and I inked the edges using distress ink. Hill/snow were made using Whimsy's stitched border dies, and I placed the sentiment and tree behind the snow. I added some red and white twine and glitter to finish off the card.

Penguins Carry the Tree

Hi Everyone! It's Shannah here today to share some Whimsy Inspiration with you!

 
For this card I used the adorable new image from Crissy Armstrong called 'Penguins Carry the Tree' and also the new Elegant Snowflake Die Set. Oh my gosh aren't these little guys just too cute?! :) :)

 
My colouring medium of choice was Copic markers, and you can see the colours I used listed on my blog. I used some digital papers and I fussy cut around my image so I could use the papers as a background.
 
I added stickles to the snowflakes and also the ground for snow. I double mounted the little penguins, and finished the card with some pearls.

October Monthly Card Kit - Now Available


Hello Friends!

It's new release day at Whimsy and we have a new monthly card kit too! This month our card kit features products perfect for Christmas creations. Our Crissy Armstrong kit contains her new release Christmas Giraffe stamp and the Krista Heij-Barber kit contains her new release Reindeer Magic stamp.
