Mother day gift with Flower Fairy by Wee Stamps


Hey everybody!!

Today I want to show you the sample project I made with the Flower Fairies by Wee Stamps (availabe HERE):
Isn't she just adorable? The sentiment is part of the set she comes with. the papers I have used are pink cardstock, kraft cardstock and Maja Design Vintage Spring Collection (both the large 12x12 sheets and the 6x6 paper pad have been used). The adorable flowers that I thought matched both the image and the designpaper perfectly are Sweetheart Blossoms. The leaves are from a McGill punch.
The project I created was actually a sliderbox that I created using THIS tutorial by Beate Johns, Beate used a different Spellbinder die though so I had to alter the sizes somewhat. My hidden tag reads "Fijne Moederdag" which means "Happy Mothers-day" in Dutch, I have used this little box to give my mum in law a mothers-day present and she loved it.

    nice idea handmade gifts are always more precious than anything and i am sure moms will defiantly love it what i would like to mention is what if we ll gift real flowers? i think flower banquets ll be best too. to know more check over here
