Hello, it’s another penguin cutie from me today. This is Penguin’s Rainy Day, a digi stamp from Whimsy Stamps. I’ve used one of the sentiments from the Polka Dot Fun clear stamp set and some It’s a party enamel dots and sequins for embellishment along with the flowers.
