Something we love here at Whimsy
is to honour the talent of the people who love our stamps
and we've had a number of wonderfully talented Guest Designers
join the Digital team for a month this past year
and showcase that months release.

Our January Digital Guest Designer ~ Lucinda Lucker

Hey Whimsy friends,

We've had three fabulous mini releases in January
and a stellar digital release. It's hard to believe we're already
so far through this month! There's still so much to share with you though.

Today, we're sharing the wonderful creations,
designed by our very talented and lovely

 January Digital Guest Designer

Lucinda Lucker

Lucinda created three absolutely delish designs for us this month. The first using a super cute image from our latest Some Odd Girl digital release. Balloon Bunny was such a cute image choice and I really love how Lucinda chose to create with this image, using not one but three of these cuties in different sizes to create a fun 'forced perspective' scene. Such a cool and effective idea! What about those rainbow clouds too, sigh, divine!

Lucinda used a super sweet image from Crissy Armstrong for her next creation. She created another gorgeous slimline card using the fabulous extended version of the Think Spring Bunnies image by Crissy. I absolutely adore the way Lucinda coloured their sweet bunny tails! Utterly enchanting. The burst of spring colours, the fabulous bokeh effect she created in the sky, a truly gorgeous design. 

Lucinda's third creation, not only is a super cutie, but has the sweetest story behind it too! Every year she creates 'Valentines' for her kiddies. When she saw this image, she just knew she wanted to create a Valentine chocolate box for her Turtle lovin' laddo. I think this is just the sweetest!

This pic gives you a better sense of the box design. Lucinda's colouring is just gorgeous on this adorable Lovin' Turtle image from our Meljen's Collection. That's one little lad that's gonna be feeling his mama's love for sure! Such a gorgeous idea.
