Fragrant Rose

Happy Friday everyone, Simonne here!

Today is the last day of Term 5 for most of the kids here in the UK and so we are all looking forward to a week off next week! YAY! I can't wait to spend the week with hubby (school teacher) and our darling daughter! Term 6 starts on 6 June and then it's not long before school is out for the summer starting 23 July!! YIPPEE! I just hope the weather sorts itself out before then! After having the warmest and driest April for many, many years, May seems to be compensating big time by being cold and damp - yuck!

I've popped by today to share a new Whimsy Stamps make with you...

Unfortunately, I needed to make a card in for a sad occasion and so I chose this beautiful stamp from the Fragrant Rose stamp set (Crissy Armstrong Collection).  I don't mind admitting that I was pretty intimidated when I started colouring the roses, but I think I did an okay job in the end!
