Dressed Up Shapes

Hello everyone!  Ann here :)  Wow, can you believe that we're in November already?  I certainly can't, especially since it's been around 90 degrees here in Southern California this week.  I'm definitely ready for winter!

Today I'm sharing with you a few cards using a few sets from the new Dressed Up Shapes sentiment sets.  I don't know why, but I can't help but use flowers with these sentiments.  Then again, there's hardly a creation I don't use flowers on, lol.

Hope you enjoy these cards!

Don't forget, we still have our 25% off rubber stamps (except custom rubber designs) sale going on this week!  It lasts until November 7, so make sure to take advantage of the savings.  Yes, even the latest stamps that were released last month are on sale! CLICK HERE to be taken to the rubber stamps collection at Whimsy Stamps.

Thanks for stopping by today!

More Christmas Inspiration

Hello Everyone
this is Iris and if you are not familiar with my name here...no wonder... it's my first time posting to the Whimsy blog here as I'm the new girl in the DT ;-)

I like to keep your Christmas mood going and show you some (4) of my recent cards.

The first one is made using Jolly Puppy Kisses from the Crissy Armstrong  Collection. Isn't this stamp just adorable? A must have for every dog lover ;-) Reminds me of my two furry friends when they were pups.
The sentiment is from the Holiday Ticket Sentiments Collection by Raindrop Echo Designs

My next card uses this cutie called 'Starry Nights'  by Crissy Armstrong

Another Santa image on my third card I have to show. I just LOVE Santa images!
Again a stamp designed by Crissy Armstrong. This one is called Santa's Midnight Snack.
I also used the stamp Holiday Wish List and another sentiment from the Holiday Ticket Sentiments
by Raindrop Echo Designs.

And last but not least my newest creation with the 'Chilly BunBun Fairy' by Meljen's Designs

And don't forget the special sales event that is going on this week with 25% off rubber stamps (excluding custom rubber designs) and our Fan Favorites Week! We want to see your creation and hear all about your favorite Whimsy product. Enter using the linky feature in the sidebar!

Have a wonderful day!

Vintage Christmas Gift Set

Happy Tuesday Everyone!!It is Chris here and I am here to share one of my recent creations with you.

I am on a mission to get as many Christmas cards and gifts done as possible.  Leave it to me to wait until so late a date to work on them.  Of course by waiting until now I have the opportunity to use some new Christmas stamps that are out there.  ... Like the Vintage Christmas set from Whimsy release last month illustrated by Crissy Armstrong.  This is quickly becoming one of my favorites!!

Here is a set I created with the Vintage Poinsettia from this set:

The perfect parcel gift set was created with the template created by Leigh Ann Baird which can be found here.  The designer paper is Basic Grey Jovial.  I added some netted ribbon and ric rac.  The sentiment tag is embossed with gold.

The second creation uses the same Vintage Christmas set and made it more distressed and shabby chic.  The designer paper is Jovial by Basic Grey. The crocheted flower is handmade and the yummy lace is from my dear friend Sabrina.  (thanks Sabrina)

I hope you enjoyed my creations!! Thanks for stopping by!
