A Joyful Fairy

Good morning everyone!!!!  I have some Whimsy to share with you today! I used the absolutely adorable Shy-Ann for this one.  I paired her with Basic Grey Wisteria papers and colored her with Copics.  I also added some blue primas, paper roses and pearls.  The sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps as well, it is oval snippets.  I also added some stickles to her wings for a bit of shimmer and glitz.  Looking for a place to purchase these paper roses????  Look no further than Whimsy stamps!!! Denise has a new line of gorgeous flowers at an amazing price!!

Who's going to the Ball ?

This is Princess Emma all dressed up and ready to go to the ball !
does'nt she just look a darling !
I thought she will be perfect for whimsy team member Nikki's "make a child smile " challenge this month !
I used a martha stewart punch for the lattice works and made my own wand for her to hold, using a chipboard star and dazzled it with diamond dust !
Princess Emma is one of my favourite stamps in whimsy ...
I coloured Princess Emma with copics .
Now then , theres bargains to be had in the "Whimsy Winter Sale " so please drop by and have a good look !

Have a great day !

'Wisteria' Water Lily

Hello Whimsy fans, Simonne here!

Today, I'd like to share a card that I've just made using Water Lily - one of the fabulous brand new Whimsy Mythical Collection stamps designed exclusively for Whimsy by Katie Sowa:

I adore purple, but I usually shy away from it when making cards, as I've not had much success with it in the past. However, as soon as I stamped up Water Lily, I just knew that I had to use my (slightly neglected ... oops!) Basic Grey 'Wisteria' 6x6 paper pad, and of course the main 'colour' of those papers is purple, LOL!  I added some Icicle Stickles to both Lily's wings and the 'water' dripping from the watering can - well, you can't have a fairy without glitter, can you?  Hee hee!  Ooh, and I also used my most favourite technique in the world and paper pieced Lily's dress (adding some shading with my Copics).

Finally, I just want to remind you that Whimsy has a fab Winter Clearance Sale going on at the moment, with 20% off selected winter-themed images (including the AWESOME Whimsy Holidya Postmarks stamp set - one of my all-time fave sentiment stamp sets - which includes sentiment stamps for New Years, Valentines, Easter, Christmas, Halloween and Thanksgiving!).  No coupon codes are necessary as prices are already discounted.

A Purrrfect Birthday!

Welcome to another day of Whimsy Stamps inspirations!

Hello everyone, this is Ann, and today I have a card to share using Purr-fect Gift - an adorable kitty image illustrated by Crissy Armstrong.  I've also used a sentiment from the Oval Snippets set and stamped it on the box.  That empty space is the box is just the purr-fect size for the Oval Snippets sentiments as well as most of the sentiments from the Snippets Sets.  I went with a distressed look for this card and kept the embellishments to a minimum because I wanted to show off the fantastic image.

Well, that's it for me for today! I hope that you've been having fun here at the Whimsy Stamps Inspiration Blog.  We love to read your wonderful comments and I hope that you're inspired by our creations!

Oh, and just another little reminder about your Winter Clearance Sale!
