April 2024 New Release & Inspiration

Hello crafty friends and happy Monday!  Today is new release day here at Whimsy Stamps and this month's products are all very fashion forward. . . literally!  If costume design, dressing up and girly boutiques are your thing, you are sure to love many of these new dies.  There is also a beautiful new vintage postage background stamp and dreamy Parisian street cafes quick card fronts.
