Hello, Whimsy friends! The first Saturday in October is World Cardmaking Day. This day is dedicated to celebrating the art of handmade cards, which is especially important during this time of social distancing. This year, instead of a blog hop, we are celebrating by hosting a week-long challenge. To make it even more fun and enticing, some of our industry partners are also sponsoring prizes!

We have an amazing team of designers, as I'm sure you will agree! We asked each of them to choose their favorite Whimsy project, which are shared below. For this "Inspired By" challenge, simply choose one of these projects and let it inspire you. Maybe you'll be inspired by the theme of the project, the colors used, the layout... the possibilities are endless.

1. Create a NEW card using one of the inspiration photos above.
You are welcome to use products from other companies, but
the focus must be on Whimsy Stamps' products.
2. Post your card to your blog and/or social media account and link
back to this challenge.

All cards must be posted and linked by midnight EST on Friday, October 9th. Winners will be announced on the Whimsy blog on Monday, October 12th.
