Watercolored Delightful Daisies

Hello, Whimsy fans!  It's Andrea with you today to share a card featuring the gorgeous Delightful Daisies Background stamp.

Isn't that stamp amazing?!  I admit that it can seem a bit intimidating to color - and actually looks beautiful without coloring - but watercoloring the embossed image is surprisingly easy.  I stamped the image onto watercolor paper with Versamark and heat-embossed it with white embossing powder.  I colored the flowers with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and a waterbrush.  Once the panel was dry, I trimmed it to just slightly smaller than A2 size.

My sentiment is from the You're My Favorite clear set.  I stamped it with Versamark onto vellum and white heat-embossed it.  I wrapped the vellum strip around my watercolored panel, adhering it to to the back, and popped the panel onto a card with foam tape.  I added a few clear sequins to finish the card.

Have a great weekend!
