How fun is that kitty?! I love his expression (My daughter would say he looks like the "meh" emoji)! After I had stamped him with Memento Tuxedo Black ink, I colored him with Copics and then used my handy-dandy ScanNCut to cut him out.
Once my panel was dry, I die-cut it with one of the Stitched Border Die Trio to create my pool shape. I also die-cut the lip of the pool from white cardstock with the same die and adhered it on top of my pool. Onto a kraft cardbase, I stamped the Farmhouse Shiplap Background stamp with tan ink and adhered my "pool" on top. I stamped a sentiment from Ahoy Matey onto a strip of black cardstock with Versamark ink and white heat-embossed it. I popped up my sentiment and kitty with foam tape, adding some shine with Clear Sparkle Overlay and Glossy Accents, and finished with some Clear Nuvo Crystal Drops.
Have a great day!
Very cool card, and TFS the background technique, I shall give it a go this week!
