There is nothing cuter than this little darling SWEET SPARKLE designed by the quintessentially talented Sylvia Zet of Wee Stamps for Whimsy Stamps. This darling image can be used for all seasons of the year and is so changeable just based on the colors you select for your card!! She was colored with Copics and Promarkers, adding a bit of Prisma Glitter and Stardust Stickles for some "sparkle"!
