24 Days of Christmas advent - Day 16

Hello, today it is my turn to show you a card and I have made a card using a stamp called

 Presents

I have coloured the image with copics and used shabby white frantage to look like snow.

I do think this image would be great for a winter birthday or Christmas.

I have also used the following dies

Tall timber tree - which I am totally loving at the moment

Gift box

Mini postage stamp die and also Holiday mini postage stamps

24 Days of Christmas Event - Day 15

Hello Whimsy Fans, It's Charlene, Lia and Jackie here today to share our 24 Days of Christmas Event's creations and of course a new letter with you!

For all of you who do not know what's going on here at the moment. Whimsy Stamps and it's design team is holding a 24 Days of Christmas Event to thank you all for your continued support of Whimsy Stamps! 

Every day from 1st to 24th December, a member of the design team will be sharing a brand new Whimsy holiday creation here on the Whimsy blog.  Included in these daily posts will be a LETTER.  Visit us every day, make a note of each letter and keep them safe.  Once you have collected all 24 letters, you should be able to unscramble them and make a 4 word phrase.  Email your phrase to whimsystampscontests@gmail.com by 31st December 2013, and if you've guessed correctly, you will be entered into the draw to win a fantastic GRAND PRIZE! 

But that's not it, there will also be some fun SPOT PRIZES throughout the entire event. They could be hidden either on the Whimsy blog here or on our design team member's blogs! Be sure to leave a comment here AND on the DT's blog posts each day to be in with a chance to win! Here's the link to Our blogs.

24 Days of Christmas Event - Day 14

Today is a sad day for me. This is my last post with Whimsy Stamps. As you know Whimsy Stamps just finished its magazine this past October therefore the team will be smaller.

24 Days of Christmas -Day 13

Hello Day 13 of the 24 Days of Christmas! Today I (Janette) get the privilege of sharing my creation for this super neat Christmas Event which is sponsored by Denise Lynn, the owner at Whimsy Stamps. What a great way to thank all of the supportive Whimsy fans who follow the Whimsy Blog throughout the year. There are prizes galore--a grand prize and random prizes throughout the 24 fun days! Here is my card using Time for Tea- Santa Baby by Jo Davies

 

 Here is a closer view of Santa Baby colored with Copic markers.

 Here is view of the inside of the card. I have made two flaps that are glued down. The one on the right holding the hot chocolate package and the other just perfect for placing a gift card, money, or a sweet note. I have cut slits on the spine of the card so that I could pull the ribbon through securing the candy cane and adorning the outside of the card.
