Snow Kitty comes out to play!!

Hi there Whimsy fans,

I hope you are all well and settling down after the holidays!!

Did Santa bring you any good loot to craft with?

I sure hope so!!

I've finally gotten back into the crafty swing of things myself and have a new project to share featuring the snuggly sweet Snow Kitty by Melissa Jenkins, and the sentiment is from a digital set by Ann Vento called Warm Winter Wishes.

And here's a little side view to see that glitter and "ice." Is it as cold where you are as it is for this kitty???

An Icy Thank You!

Hello friends!!  I hope everyone was able to enjoy the Holiday Season and you are ready to play with your new goodies!! :)   I thought I would show you what this adorable Winter's Joy rubber stamp (By Crissy Armstrong) looks like with some Valentine's Day style colors!

I've also used this really awesome set by Raindrop Echo Designs called Friendship Ticket Sentiments.

To make a "thank you" with this, I've used an older sentiment set by Raindrop Echo Designs called Whimsy Snippets Set 1 and then sponged around the edges of it and tucked the ticket die image behind the panel.

2011 Term 1 - Digital Team Designers

Good Morning and Happy New Year to you all!

We hope that you all had a safe and happy new year celebration and that 2011 is a wonderful year for you! 

Today is the day we announce the new Whimsy Digital Team Designers. First though, I want to say a HUGE thank you to all the ladies who entered our call! Each and every entry was fabulous and everyone is talented and has something wonderful to offer the crafting world. Having to select only a few entries from the huge amount we received was not an easy task. And unfortunately, we could not take everyone for the team and so have narrowed down the entries to add 7 new members to our digital team. If you didn't make the team this time, we hope you will try out again in the future. Thank you again for sharing a bit of yourselves with us and for showing us your talent!
